+ The location - very close to the train street. + The friendliness of the staff (they even allowed us to leave some of our stuff there before our Phu Quoc trip and we fetched it after coming back to Ha Noi). + Rooms were really clean as well as bathrooms, simple but completely OK. + Breakfast was tasty - you have six options to choose from (both western and Vietnamese). Afterwards we were given juicy bits of the pomelos they grow on their own farm - yummy! + The view of the lively street crowded with people and motorbikes and restaurants, especially from higher floors. + Great cinnamon bun! + It was more decent than other hotels we have tried in Vietnam, that is why we came back to stay here after the Phu Quoc trip again, which speaks for itself.

Honestly, we liked everything about it. We had already tried the amazing cafe downstairs a couple of times and jumped at the chance to stay at the Hotel upon our return to Hanoi. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, even after our stay. The room was great and our stay was inexpensive. The location was perfect for us, close to the train station and set amid gentrified pedestrian streets lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. Our favourite food was a from the authentic street food joint a couple of metres across the road, so we were very happy. We can't wait to return to Hanoi, and when we do, we will be staying at Hanoi Street Hotel.

Exceptional service from staff. The owner helped arrange tour services, providing many options to choose from. Staff were always friendly and eager to help with every request. I had an early flight leaving and was able to check out at 6:30am. A simple free breakfast is provided. Location was excellent. It’s on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants so it’s easy to pop down for a bite without the stress of crossing the motorcycle-filled roads. It’s close to train street and easily walkable to other central locations like Hoan Kiem lake.

The staff were impeccable, especially when I forgot my work backpack outside and they secured it for me... The room, although dated and lacking soundproofing, still met expectations. Good old earplugs solve it! With its convenient location, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, a fridge, hairdryer, and elevator access, this place is about as perfect as it gets! The breakfast is a good selection, and the cafe serves excellent coffee. There are so many restaurants around, it's great for foodies!

Location is perfect, it's a lovely little alley full of restaurants and cafes. Just be aware that cars and buses cannot travel the alley, so you will need to walk to get there. The room was reasonably nice, small but enough room to move around and not feel cramped. The bathroom was clean and functional, The staff could not have been more helpful, always happy to answer questions, sort out my laundry, return the jacket I left downstairs at breakfast.
